This book was amazing. When I read it (I being Andrew) I was amazed at how on-point it was. The things Andy discussed were pretty much step for step the things that Jasmine experienced during pregnancy, including the happy emotions and the struggles.
There might be a lot of books out there that prepare you for the practical details of pregnancy and giving birth, but this one was special because it walks you through the expected emotions and feelings you might face during pregnancy. For me as the partner, it was amazing because I got to understand more what it's like, and prepared me for helping be a calming presence. And I'm sure that it was comforting and helpful for Jasmine to hear that she's not alone and to get some advice on how to think about and process the feelings of pregnancy.
