Seven Sisters!

It’s Pemi’s 2 month birthday and we celebrated with a big adventure! Seven Sisters are a series of rolling white cliffs on the south coast of England. Andrew and Jasmine have run there at the end of every summer since moving to London, so it was special to include Pemi this year! Andrew did a big run and Jasmine planned to hike as far as she could along the trail from Seaford to Eastbourne, and then take the bus back to meet Andrew on the Seaford beach. Andrew was also going to meet us for a run-by somewhere along the way.

It was a hot sunny day and it was going to be the longest and hardest hike together to date. Jasmine decided to walk in 1.5 hour increments: this is approximately the length of his naps! She then stopped to feed him, change him and let him stretch his legs before taking off again. Pemi was wide-eyed looking at the vastness of the open landscape, feeling the seaborn wind on his face.
